Led by Chef Juan Luis Suárez
With more than 15 years of international hospitality and culinary leadership experience, Chef Juan Luis Suárez brings a refined operational and creative vision to OLIVER Luxury Experiences.
Throughout his career, Chef Suárez has directed luxury dining operations, developed multi-concept culinary programs, and led high-volume hospitality experiences across hotels, resorts, and restaurant groups in Mexico and internationally.
His experience includes leadership roles at Cuixmala as Director of Food & Beverage operations, as well as international culinary experience in Amsterdam and Egypt.
His culinary philosophy combines elevated hospitality, contemporary execution, and culturally inspired gastronomy designed for modern global travelers.
